Rare earth glow in the dark material research

Several synthetic methods are reviewed current rare earth luminescent materials at home and abroad, including the conventional solid-state reaction method, several soft chemical method (sol - gel method,glow in the dark material , low temperature combustion method, hydrothermal synthesis, precipitation buffer solution) and Physical synthesis (microwave synthesis, CO2 laser heating vapor deposition synthesis). Summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each method of synthesis, and synthesis of new rare earth luminescent materials were prospected.

Since 20 since the 1970s with light rare earth phosphor commercialization, luminescent materials research has entered a new stage. Because rare earth luminescent materials have many excellent performance and a wide range of uses, glow in the dark stone has become a hot-emitting materials research.


The new rare earth luminescent materials continue to emerge, and with it the emergence of new synthetic methods,glow in the dark dye , in order to further improve the performance of the luminescent material.
